Cancellation Policy
When you schedule an appointment at The NeuroMedical Center, we set aside enough time to provide you with the highest quality of care. You may contact our Clinic at (225) 768-2050 any time to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Should it be after hours or a weekend, you may always leave a message. Please be advised:
- Patients who do not arrive for their appointment or fail to cancel a scheduled appointment for Neurosurgery, Neurology, Pain Management, or Radiology services within 24 hours will be charged a $50 fee.
- At least 2 business days’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule Psychology services without being charged a $50 fee.
- Patients who miss a psychological testing appointment will be charged be charges a cancellation fee. Cancellation fees vary based on the type of testing required.
- These cancellation fees are charged to the patient, not the insurance company, and is due at or before the patient’s next office visit.
Cancelling appointments in a timely manner allows the Clinic to efficiently schedule other patient’s appointments.

Additionally, our Outpatient Therapy Clinic, offering both Physical and Occupational Therapy, is conveniently located 1 mile off I-12’s Millerville Exit.
