Dr. Gawronski received his medical degree from Warsaw Medical University in Warsaw, Poland. He started his internship in internal medicine at Central Clinical Hospital of Warsaw Medical University before moving to the United States and completing it at Muhlenberg Regional Medical Center in Plainfield, New Jersey. Dr. Gawronski stayed on the east coast to finish his neurology residency at State University of New York Health Science Center in Brooklyn, New York and underwent a fellowship in neuro-rehab at Cornell University’s Burke Rehabilitation Hospital.

Dr. Gawronski returned to Poland briefly to serve as Senior Assistant for the Department of Neurology at Czerniakowski Hospital. Before calling Baton Rouge and The NeuroMedical Center his home in 2010, Dr. Gawronski practiced neurology in Las Vegas, Nevada and Golden Valley, Minnesota.

Dr. Gawronski is board certified in neurology and neurorehabilitation. He is a proud recipient of the American Society of Neurorehabilitation’s Presidential Award, an honor earned through his efforts understanding the impact of medications on Neuro-rehabilitation.
