Where do I park and is it free?

You may park anywhere in the 5 level parking garage attached to The NeuroMedical Center. All parking is free. JTS who owns the parking garage will be adding on additional parking to the garage in the near future. We apologize for any difficulties you may have in finding a parking space.

What do I need to bring for my first appointment?

For each appointment you will need to bring a picture ID and your insurance card.

For your first appointment please bring any test results and any films or CD’s including x-rays, MRI’s, CT’s, or lab results. Also bring a list of all current medications you are taking.

Are wheelchairs available?

Yes, we maintain wheelchairs on the first floor of The NeuroMedical Center.

Is there a covered drop-off area?

Yes, we have one for each entrance of The NeuroMedical Center.

Do I need a referral?

You should contact your health plan for the most current information regarding your benefits.

Why do I have to go through the medical records department to get a copy of my records?

HIPAA laws require that certain procedures be followed in order to release copies of a patients medical record, including documentation of the request. We refer to the regulations established in the privacy and security rules. We make every effort to ensure the confidentiality of your medical record. What is the Surgical Hospital Visitor’s Policy

Visitors must be over the age of twelve to stay for periods longer than 15 minutes.
