The NeuroMedical Center Clinic has partnered with Phreesia to help make your check-in process fast, convenient, and more private!  Our new mobile platform will allow you to confirm your appointment via text message or email.  Before you arrive for your appointment, you can securely securely sign registration forms, update clinical information, and pay copayments from any smartphone, tablet or computer—all from the privacy of your own home!

Here's How Phreesia Works!

  • Watch for our email and our text 3 days before your scheduled appointment.

  • A link will allow you to securely sign in,  update insurance information, make payments on outstanding balances, and sign any required consent forms. Once finished–you’re successfully registered for your appointment!

  • Show up to The NeuroMedical Center for your scheduled appointment, and complete check-in by letting the front desk staff know you have arrived.

Online Bill Pay

The NeuroMedical Center Clinic offers the option for patients to easily and securely make online payments through our Phreesia payment system.  Due to HIPAA privacy regulations, patients will not see an itemized invoice explaining the charges or the remaining balance when making online payments. You will need to refer to your billing statement or contact The NeuroMedical Center’s Billing Department to get your balance amount.

Phreesia will email you a receipt once the payment has been approved. The receipt will contain a reference number. The NeuroMedical Center is also notified of the payment and is able to track the payment with the same reference number. Quick and easy!

Payment(s) will be applied to the oldest service date(s) on the account(s) unless otherwise specified. Please contact our office at (225) 768-2155 during our normal business hours, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm, for billing questions.

They are held to the same standards as The NeuroMedical Center related to protecting your protected health information. Q: Do we need to use the new system for every appointment?

A: Yes. But once you have completed the initial registration, the next time will be much quicker because Phreesia saves your answers.

Q: Do I need to download an app to do mobile check-in?

A: No. There is no app – you simply click the link provided in the text message or email. This allows you to securely answer any registration and medical questions necessary for your appointment.

Q: Can I complete the forms in a language other than English?

A: Yes! Mobile registration is available in 20 different languages.

Q: What happens if I can’t finish my registration before the appointment?

A: That’s okay! If you have not completed your registration before the visit, see one of our front desk team members, and they will be happy to send you a new link. Don’t worry, Phreesia saves information you entered previously.
