Dr. Chris Belleau is a board-certified physical medicine and rehabilitation physician who has practiced in the Baton Rouge community since 1994.

Dr. Belleau graduated from University High in 1977. He was awarded undergraduate scholarships in music and chemistry. He earned his undergraduate degree from LSU in Shreveport and his medical degree from LSU in Shreveport in 1990. He completed his PM&R residency at LSU in New Orleans and began his PM&R career in the Baton Rouge area as assistant medical director of the rehabilitation department at Our Lady of the Lake in 1994.

Dr. Belleau has extensive experience in pain management. He performs interventional spine procedures, electrodiagnostic testing, musculoskeletal ultrasound, and neurotoxin injections to manage spasticity and pain. 

Dr. Belleau joined the Neuromedical Center in 2025 and is accepting new patients.
