Alexandra has worked alongside NMC neurosurgeon Dr. Richard A. Stanger as his physician assistant since August 2016. She is a native of the New Orleans area and graduated from Mount Carmel Academy in 2009. Alexandra earned her undergraduate degree in biological sciences from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge in 2013 . Alexandra joined The NeuroMedical Center team after earning her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans in 2016.
