Our campus consists of The NeuroMedical Center Clinic (Floors 1-4), The Spine Hospital of Louisiana (Floors 1&2), and The NeuroMedical Center Rehabilitation Hospital (Floors 5&6), and is a destination place for both patients and specialists in comprehensive brain, spine, and nervous system care.
Directions to The NeuroMedical Center
The NeuroMedical Center is located in the heart of Baton Rouge’s medical district and can be easily accessed from any location.
From Lafayette & Acadiana
The NeuroMedical Center Clinic is located about 1 hour from Lafayette.
Take I-10 E towards Baton Rouge. Take the Bluebonnet Blvd Exit (162A) and turn right onto Bluebonnet Blvd. Pass the Mall of Louisiana and turn left onto Park Rowe Avenue. The NeuroMedical Center and our free 5-story parking garage will be located to your left inside the Perkins Rowe shopping center.
From Hammond & The Northshore
The NeuroMedical Center Clinic is located about 45 minutes from Hammond.
Take I-12 W towards Baton Rouge. Merge onto I-10 E via Exit 1A towards New Orleans. Take the Bluebonnet Blvd Exit (162A) and turn right onto Bluebonnet Blvd. Pass the Mall of Louisiana and turn left onto Park Rowe Avenue. The NeuroMedical Center and our free 5-story parking garage will be located to your left inside the Perkins Rowe shopping center.
From New Orleans
The NeuroMedical Center Clinic is located about 1 hour from New Orleans.

Parking
Patients of The NeuroMedical Center and their guests may park for free anywhere in the five level parking garage attached to The NeuroMedical Center. Free and handicap parking is also offered on a first-come first-serve basis in one of the Perkins Rowe public parking garages located behind the Cinemark movie theatre and next to Fresh Market. All other public parking spaces are property of Perkins Rowe and contain a meter that accepts debit and credit cards. The NeuroMedical Center features two covered areas at each of its two entrances, reserved for pick-up and drop-off only.

Wheelchairs are available at the first-floor entrance to The NeuroMedical Center Clinic. Please ask the Patient Help Desk representative or an Imaging representative for assistance.
If you need to obtain your medical records for personal use, please visit our Medical Records information page and print out the appropriate medical records release form. Once you complete the form in full you may either fax, mail, of deliver the form to our Medical Records departments. Our Medical Records clerks will be happy to assist you in person during normal business hours 8:30am-4:30pm Monday-Friday. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for the complete processing of your request.
