Dr. Jake Trahan, III to Lead New Interventional Pain Management Satellite Clinic in Brusly, LA
The NeuroMedical Center Clinic, the South’s leading provider of comprehensive neurological care, is thrilled to announce the opening of its newest satellite office in West Baton Rouge Parish. Effective December 1st, 2020, Interventional Pain Specialist, Dr. Jake Trahan III, will offer appointments to both new and existing patients at 402 N. Vaughn Dr. in Brusly, LA, making it easier for residents of West Baton Rouge and the surrounding areas to access highly-specialized spine care and pain management services.
Dr. Trahan specializes in the non-surgical treatment of acute and chronic pain caused by neurological disease, disorder, or trauma. Conservative treatment options for low back, neck, joint, and post-surgical pain include nerve blocks, spinal cord stimulators, trigger point injections, radiofrequency ablation (RFA) and Botox. Dr. Trahan obtained his medical degree from LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans before completing an anesthesiology residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN. Dr. Trahan furthered his medical training as a pain medicine fellow at Vanderbilt. Dr. Trahan is dual-board certified in anesthesiology and pain medicine.

The NeuroMedical Center’s Brusly clinic is the neuroscience campus’ 10th satellite clinic in South Louisiana. Dr. Trahan will see patients in clinic the 2nd and 4th Friday of every month.
