Dr. Mitchell received his medical degree and completed his internship at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. He completed his neurosurgical residency at St. Louis University Health Sciences Center in St. Louis, Missouri. While there, he served as an instructor in neurosurgery from February 1996 - June 1996. He joined The NeuroMedical Center in 1996 and is board certified in neurological surgery.
