Carolyn C. Baker, M.D.Specialist in NeurologyThe NeuroMedical Center Clinic Dr. Baker is currently accepting new patients. Dr. Baker received her medical degree, as well as complete her internship and residency at the University of Tennessee in Memphis. She followed her residency with a Fellowship in Neuromuscular Disease/EMG at the University of Tennessee in Memphis and an Epileptology/Clinical Neurophysiology Fellowship at the University of Utah Medical Center in Salt Lake City, Utah. She has special interests in epilepsy, sleep medicine, and the use of botox in neurological indications. Dr. Baker joined The NeuroMedical Center in 1993 and is board certified in neurology. |
