About the Chef
Detroit native Chef Celeste fell in love with Louisiana cuisine at age 11 when she discovered Justin Wilson on public broadcasting. Following her early calling to become a chef, she earned her culinary training in Hawaii and has since become known throughout the South for her fresh and healthy approach to flavoring traditional Louisiana recipes. As a chef and restaurateur for more than 22 years, Chef Celeste has captivated the palates of Pentagon staff and the casts of numerous blockbuster films. She has earned several accolades, including Chef of the Year from the American Culinary Federation.
