Coordinates pre-admission process for the patient and family.
Serves as a patient educator for surgical procedures.
Responsible for obtaining all pre-service documentation from various sources, verifying all necessary information (including insurance and benefits) for accuracy, including diagnosis and codes.
Communicates with patient any financial obligations.
Serves as a liaison between NeuroMedical Center Hospital departments, physician offices and anesthesia
