- Medicaid Collector (Full Time)
Responsible for insurance follow-up on Medicaid accounts. Also responsible for assisting patients with questions regarding their insurance.

Performing intraoperative monitoring on brain and spine cases at Our Lady of the Lake and NMC Surgical Hospital, as well as nerve conduction studies on clinic patients.

Responsibilities include: making patient calls to collect past due balances, working accounts that are being placed at the Credit Bureau, as well as working with the patient reps assisting patients with forms and collection related questions. - Medical Records Assembly and Analysis Coordinator (Full Time)
Perform duties associated with medical record completion and maintenance of patient’s protected health information according to Medicare guidelines and the policies and procedures of The NeuroMedical Center Surgical Hospital.
Responsibilities:
Assemble and analyze Inpatient and Outpatient medical records
Prepare and route dictation and signature notices to physicians and/or clinicians
Route Medical Records to physicians to complete
Maintain the master patient list.
Pick up charts in various clinical areas and physicians lounge
Prepare weekly deficiency report
Answer department telephone
Fulfills requests by physician offices, internal customers, patients, insurance companies, etc. to provide continuity of care in the absence of the Release of Information contract service.
