Financial Arrangements
The NeuroMedical Center Surgical Hospital patient financial services department staff is available to assist you with financial arrangements. If you have a question or a specific problem with your account or insurance, feel free to ask for assistance. Please notify us, should any of the information regarding your insurance change, such as insurance companies.
Payment Policy: All co-pays, co-insurance and deductibles are due at time of service.

The NeuroMedical Center Surgical Hospital automatically files claims for all insurance companies. Because insurance coverage can vary from plan to plan, please understand that you are ultimately responsible for settling your account.
As a courtesy The NeuroMedical Center Surgical Hospital will file secondary insurance. The initial claim is filed to the secondary carrier and the guarantor of the account is held responsible for the balance. Follow up of secondary benefits is the guarantor's responsibility.
Patients with no insurance are requested to pay in full at the time of service. Payments may be made with cash, personal check, VISA or MasterCard.
